the price of oil increased because they knew we would still buy it even at the higher cost. Why the hell would they lower the price if we are "content" paying what we are now? the entire time gas prices have been rising, there has been no decrease in sales. it doesnt take a moron to figure out the oil companies are going to milk this until its dry.
am actually going to start looking for a nice bike to ride to work (bicycle, not motorcycle) if gas prices keep going up. luckily I'm only about 5 or 6 miles from where I work, so it wouldnt be too bad.
