kasey just call up and say you need a new court date. ive been to court several times and quite a few i couldnt make so i just called in before and told them i couldnt make it, then they sent me a notice in the mail with a new date. No begging was neccassary. Usually itll be in a month or 2 depending on how backed up their courts are. plus even if you dont show up theyll most likely issue a new court date anyway, but in my case, ive missed so many they just issue bench warrants now, lol. when my driving privlages got suspended in NY, dont ask, and i finally paid up and got it restored, the lady gave me a paper and told me to keep it with me for a few weeks since it may now show up in the computers for some time.
