NY Rt 303, its a main road starting right by the border of NY and NJ(northvale NJ and Tappan NY) If you go to the Palisades Center Mall, the mall is right at the junction of Rt 59(E-W) and the other road going N-S is Rt 303. The pool hall we are talking about is 4 lights south on rt 303 from the mall, In a shopping center/strip mall (i think) called Town Plaza II.
Its pretty close to STAC college so sometimes the college girls even come out.
