Actually the rib never attached itself after a surgery about a year ago so it was just hanging there and popped out through my skin occasionally. Â*
So they decied to just take part of it out so it wouldn't pop through. |

IIRC, Nick has some heart condition, and they've had to crack his chest open a time or two for surgery....
