do you know the utter and absolute havoc that would wreak on the U.S. economy? GM, and the country itself, cannot afford for them to go bankrupt. Hell, even their competitors can't afford for that to happen. one of Toyota's execs talked about it ealier this year. If GM goes down, they all go down.
