Its not a pipe dream, it IS possible, but its a bad decision on pats part. if he was smart, he'd hold off the big motor'ed fourth gen project until after a few years in the work force.
BUT, to each his own. if he wants to build it, I'll be the first one to offer a helping hand. its his dream, not mine afterall
