What if keeping us safe from the Terrorists means that they can control the vehicle of a suicide bomber that is driving a van equiped with On Star OBDIII fuctions, and GM/OnStar has the ability to control the van and shut it down before it reaches its target? Wouldnt you want that to keep you safe?
