Actually, what you COULD do is direct yourself to
www.downloads.com and type in "Adaware" in the search bar, download that, install it, and update your definitions and run a full system scan. This program works wonders. First time I used it I got rid of 560+ spyware!!! (non p0rn related either). Its also a great program to have if u use LimeSpyer (lol I mean LimeWire) ... just run it twice a week and your set.
Also, if you just "deleted" programs, go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs, and make sure you wipe them from your computer entirely.
I just went through the entire refurbishing system with a comp I got... Ad-aware, Firefox, and regular maintenence is key. Thats just my 2 cents
