before you rule out remote mounts, heres what i can say..........having the oil lines and intake tube running under the length of the car definetley help. you'd be amazed how much cooler everything runs which amounts to alot less wear and tear on the engine than a normal front mount adds. you only lose an un-noticable amount of boost and the lag is comparable to most front mounts. the STS kit is a bolt-on and comes off just as easy if you ever sell the car or want to use it on another F-bod with the same engine. there's one guy with a profile on STS's site that is making 522hp at the wheels through the stock exhaust with stock heads. they are incredible units and run roughly about $4000 for a 5psi kit. i'd highly recommend it for the ease of install and the noticable power difference.
