i got a ticket for no front plate in NYC by the biggest dick of a cop. NY law allows you to have it visible in the windshield and he said the wiperblade was crossing it out so he gave me a ticket even though you can very well make it out. some cops will do that but i say keep it like that if you are willing to take the risk
