best bet is to talk to the cop and see if you cna get it reduced to a non-point ticket. point to yoru perfect driving record, say it was a mistake, say you learned your lesson, and ask if he can give you a fine wihtout points. it may cost a few more bucks up front, but it will keep your insurance from going up. |
actually it still gives points on your insurance but shows no points on your license ....dave's an insurance guy...
