Yea. But the club would still be known for backing all of that. Just causes more B.S. Like I know in other parts of the U.S. car clubs exactly like this one get introuble for the people that randomly race on the street. So the the title goes from Car Owners Association to either Car Racing club or Random Acts of Violence Club.

New Jersey car club New Jersey F-Body Owners Association causes a 14 year old boy to act out in violence and break taillights on other people's cars. Great for publicity, but at the same time its not.
