i was actually thinking about buying it in '92. he wanted 400k up front, though, and no matter where i went, no bank would lend it. then he said he would take 250 up front, but i had already been to all of the banks in the area and gotten the negative response. someone with cash would've made out much better. i am wondering now if he ever sold it (since it's turned to ****) because he was getting up there in age. he might be dead now. thinking about how the name changed, then changed back makes me wonder.
