first question is who put this together and has it ever worked like a regular car trans ----- note a race trans is first a regular trans with manuel controls and stronger that stock parts high stall convertor has different angle fins to allow fluid to pass more freely alowing more stall one of my race cars has a 6000 stall and driving around the pits you would not know, however conecting the convertor to the front pump on a race unit is a little different than a stock unit ??????? need more info if the asembly has been installed correctly, than one can assume the convertor has a one way sprag that must be inop or broken, from what you have written thats a guess we do our own units and i am a dealer with tsr racing and alto clutches might be of some help but need more info jz
