Yup, license plate frame, window tint, no front license plate, cut-out, no cat(s), obnoxiously loud exhaust - are all good reasons to get pulled over and a possible ticket. Yet, people try to break as many of those laws as possible and want to blame it on the cop. Go figure!
I just wish they would pull more people over for talking on the cell phone, using a Blackberry or laptop. Those are the people creating the dangerous driving environment. I think 50% of the cars I pass each day has someone talking on the phone while driving. So much for that law.
