I think its worth a little more than $7,000 . You just have to find the right buyer, and I agree some high school kid would say "MOM I WANT THAT" and boom, you have a buyer. Since hes in a pretty populated area I can see him probably getting $7500 when everything is fixed. The road I live on is a road that gets rush hour traffic ALOT, which means I can put a bag of dog**** on my front lawn with a $50 FIRM and Ill prolly get it (not seriously, but you catch my drift)
