i never see the fat people im talking about at the gym so how can they even be trying? and yes its very hard to lose weight if you actually dont exercise and eat mcdonalds everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. ill give credit where its due but if some one sits on the couch and expects it to lose weight from those miracle pills them im sorry you dont deserve it. when i didnt like my weight i simply took a backpack put 50 pounds of weight in it and started to run with it. i must say it was pretty painful at first and after about .7 miles my first time i gave up and puked. now i that ive invested in an actual vest that doesnt bang against back and destroy it while i run i can run just fine. i dunno i think its pretty simple and if you're determined you'll do fine, if you're lazy you gonna fail and be fat.
i see that you're trying so good luck with that.
