Frontpage is easy, but it makes bloated sites.

I would just code it in notepad - nothing fancy needed for HTML work. I usually use notepad or Homesite for simple stuff....

If you aren't looking for this to be anything fancy, a simple HTML table is your best bet.

Hit me up on AIM later, and I'll show you some examples of what it could look like.
