No its not but I have a few other electronic devices I have hooked to the same power supply as my computer and was using them during the storm and I noticed no difference in function in them. If the computer got a surge and damaged a hard drive wouldn't that information be reflected in either the BIOS or system messages? Cause both of those read normal,
