i guess im kinda late to join the party, but congrats on the lower rate liz!
My insurance did the same thing when i had was with them for 3 years, then again at 5 years. I think my next insurance drop will come when I'm 25, then maybe i'll be able to afford full coverage... and maybe even a vehicle that deserves full coverage.
