the ticket was apparently overdue which means there was probably a bench warrant out for him...though he couldve just rescheduled the appearance like my wife did...she ended up getting completely out of her ticket cuz the cop died in the meantime
but thats a whole nother story hehe. Thank god DMV is a separate entity now...I totally feel for you al...I would call NJ101.5 when they have Sharon Harrington on...she seems to at least try and be helpful in situations like yours...might be something to consider.
