To be dead honest, I forgot that he was even voted in till very recently. The state has been hitting people forever, so its not just the dems or the republicans, it just that this state is so effed up that no matter whos in it will end up getting left with tons of ****. I remember when the state started to charge 1.50 for every tire sold. Not as a waste charge, not as a disposal charge, it was a 1.50 fee that you have to pay when you buy tires anywhere, even on new cars.
