I remember 17 years ago when I was interviewing for a job at Edison College in Trenton. It was the same situation where they couldn't hire anyone new until the budget passed. I decided right then and there that I wasn't getting a state job and having to deal with that every year. The state has hired way too many people who don't work enough hours and get 50 buzillion vacation and holidays off. They need to let people go, take away half the holidays and vacation days and make the pople work an honest 8 hour day! The "penny" tax is not the solution.
