you cant accumulate vacation days..you can accru sick days but the max take home from that is $10k which is about 30 days worth for many workers...the rest they loose.
Depends on the times I guess...when I was working at home depot I was getting an average of 10% increases a year + whatever I was making on their stocks(cashed out making 500%)...yes times were good back then, but the 6% contract we have right now was signed some 4 years ago...if times were tough they shouldve negociated harder.
yes they need to be run more efficiently, I agree 100%, every day I feel like im in the movie office space.
