I love this quote from "The Way I Am" by Eminem, I wrote an entire thesis driven research paper approx 25 pages long (only had to be 6) about how music is a huge scapegoat for the worlds problems. There are so many things wrong with how people react to things, some of the warning labels on products just make me sick, people have stopped taking responsability for their own actions and just place their actions and responsabilities onto the government, the media, and faceless corporations, yet when the government/media/faceless corporations attempt to excert force over the lives of said people all they want to do is bitch about being free and being able to make their own choices, but as soon as their child who listens to violent music, plays violent games, watches violent TV and has nobody to tell them that what they see and hear and do is pretend and not real and can get you in real trouble and have real consequences, pulls a knife or a gun, or does something wrong they just want to put all responsability or blame those same forces again. People are losing their sense of accountability, dumb ass lady spills McDonalds coffee on her lap and wins a HUGE lawsuit, they actually put a disclaimer on the back of a bag of PEANUTS that reads: "This product was prepared at a factory that handles treenuts. This product may contain traces of peanuts." If you are that stupid, you deserve whatever happens to you from eating it. There is a disclaimer in the winnabago owners manuals that says, "Cruise control will not steer the vehicle, please remain in the drivers seat and operate the vehicle at all times vehicle is in motion." Reason it says this, a man bought a Winnabago set cruise control at 80, and went to the kitchen to make himself an omlette, the RV went off the road and crashed and the man was injured badly, he sued the company and won 5 million and a new RV because the salesman didn't make it explicitly known that he still had to steer the RV even though cruise control was activated. All these people should be shot, they are just tainting the human gene pool.

if you are that ****ing stupid you dont deserve to live. i agree with the music, video, and video game ratings to an extent but alot of it is just ********. my mom teaches special ed (k-4th grade) and one of her kids was telling her how him and his dad play vice city and he loves to beat ppl up in it and rob them. granted kids can get the wrong ideas from these sorts of games but thats why you have to be 18 to buy the damned game! i totally agree that ppl dont take responsibility for their actions. its like oh i ****ed up let me blame it on someone else!! ppl are like heavy metal music makes people violent, or this song/band made my kid kill themselves (remember that emo girl that offed her self?? ) grow the **** up people!
i was watching animal planet at like 5 am this morning and these idiot people tried to blame their 10 year old son cuz the rooster and the duck that they had "given" to him were extremely malnurished and barely had any room to move (6 inches on all sides at the most). jesus ****ing christ do they really think that the kid would really keep up on this by himself??? when the cop was talking to the mom she blamed it on her kid and told the officer to talk to her 10 year old son about it and the officer pretty much said "are you ****en nuts woman?? i cant talk to a 10 yr old about this!"

almost half the products i see at family dollar (where i currently work) are in english AND in spanish, even though english isnt the official langauge of the USA it is the most commonly used language, atleast learn to speak it! i had a group of mexicans (not meant to be taken offensively) that barely spoke any english and the woman held up a 6 pack of paper towels that i had rang up and she said something in spanish that i couldnt understand, i asked her if she wanted me to take it off of her order and she said yes so i proceeded to do so and put it with all the other returns. at the end of the order the went to go take it and i gave them a strange look (kinda like what are you doing??) and she said something in spanish and i was like "huh?" and the woman had nothing else to say cuz she didnt know english. luckly there was a lady behind them that spoke fluent spanish and what the customer actually wanted was a bag for the item and not for it to be deleted from the order. i give credit to immigrants who attempt to speak english but i get pissed off when they dont even try to....
ok enough ranting, im just glad to know that everyone feels the same way i do about all of this
