I laugh too... not to mention the ones that ride with their tops down in 40 degree weather (Ive seen some guy with a vert mustang do this, I immediately said "Now thats an *******")
Im in a garbage truck with little dinky fans (except for the 3 new ones which have AC which is understandable because its a cabover and your sitting right next to the very hot motor) .... little fans + smelly garbage truck + 100 degree weather + 100% humidity = he11
