i think twin turbos would do you better in a street car. the blower on the other hand will make some great wheel pulling torque from idle to redline
i'm gonna vote blower unless you can get your hands on a bigger single turbo. ideal would be a big single, maybe t-76 ball bearing turbo with alky injection and take the spray out of the 2.8 (if we can still call it that) and put it in the 86.
