If you have a near stock engine either would be a waste of time. Get the LS6 manifold unless you are planning to do heads or increase cubes. The loss in low end will hurt you with a stock engine. On mine even when I did the heads the 90 was too much for it. Iswitched to the 78 and lost about 9 peak HP but gained 21 Ft/Lbs of torque and it came in 1100 RPM sooner. If you aren't making big power (I'd venture 500+ to the wheels) the 90 isn't worth it in any form. The reason it works well on the LS2 is the extra displacement.
