here's a little advice, next time someone makes plans for a meeting stick to the location and times. If some people can't make it too bad for them. Not everyone will be able to make every meeting.
This is something we learned a long time ago so now if we say we are going to be somewhere at a certain time and no one else is there we move forward with the plans.
I was at friendly's at 8:30 waiting for people to show up. Even if you met at 8:30 at willowbrook you should have been at Friendly's by 8:45. If people didn't know where it was and they got to the mall late sorry learn to tell time.
Next time we'll have to make plans and alternate plans for those that like to change last minute. No harm done we ate and had a good time.
