i gotta agree with ttpmatt here. when you have a problem with a service you were provided you MUST contact the company that provided that service asap. ALSO, putting the problem in front of potential customers without actually contacting the shop to see what their course of action was is a total dick move. unfortunately every shop makes mistakes, since humans are not perfect people...the only thing seperating the good shops from the bad imo is their service after mistakes are discovered
