Just exercise, eat a lot of meat and don't get cheese on everything! My system doesn't like vegetables, it makes me produce too much methane and that's not good for the ozone!

I actually eat a lot of meat, very few vegetables or fruits, keep the cheese to a minimum and drink plenty of beer. I can't seem to get over 145 so the exercise and yard work must be helping a little. Oh, and with football season starting shortly, this will be the toughest time to diet. Buffalo wings, nachos and beer every Sunday FTW!
