They are rubber bushings. I did the lowers with a ball joint press and freezing them first. The lowers went in pretty easy. The uppers have the cross shaft in the way.

I went the rubber bushing route because I wanted a smooth squeak free ride for when I get the car on the road. After the car is restored and I stop bleeding money, I plan on doing the Global West route some day.
