Well I can tell you that at 14 I had about $3500 then bought my car which was 1500 did an engine which was 1500 and spent the rest on repairs. I'd say your not doing so well imo. Just work your ass off and think about your car. When I worked at KFC for a whole month for every grueling hour I was reeating Hurst Shifter in my head. I still havent bought one...

PS: $3000 was all me the $500 was my parents.
