GM USA doesn't keep records of things like that. If your car was built in Canada, GM VVS in Oshawa, Ontario does.
But chances are, your car was built in Van Nuys CA.
You can look up all of your RPO codes and their associated production numbers but you you can only guess at your overall rarity. Whichever RPO production number is the lowest is your only hard number.
