OK their is a tool it turns in reverse you use a hand drill -- my guess the bolt is 5/16 or 8 MM either way you want one of these for a 5 /16 bolt --- my local hardware store carries them --- CAUTION -- you must drill in the center of the bolt make sure you have it in the middle -- how it works is as it turns in reverse the outer collar grabs the hole you are drilling and spins the broken bolt out click on my picture i sent and copy it so you can show who ever what u want --- the tool will come with directions -- some times a pick and tapping it with a light hammer will also back it out up 2 u -- jz
