This car was damaged while driving through a puddle. Water got into the engine and it was hydrlocked. I'm not sure about the extent of the damage inside the engine, but I do know that a piece of the block is broken off right where the starter bolts onto it. The engine will need to be replaced along with the starter, which was also damaged.
