Actually, limited slip is more street friendly then a posi. I haven't inspected the posi in my 70 SS396, but there is no limited slip to it and it hops when making some turns and pulling in and out of parking spots. My posi might be "modified" so that it's jammed together to act like a spool, but I won't know until I check it out.
