Good news is that the wife and I already got a USAA pre-approval for $230K which looks like it's going to buy us around 2500 square feet and a three car garage with a basement.

Gateway International Raceway is less than 15 minutes from Scott. M.A.R. is in missouri, but they closed it down a few years ago
I was sad when I heard that. It was the atco of missouri.
