A: As of 3pm today (November 16th), the retailer I had the pre- order with has informed me that they are, in fact, getting ZERO units in and will be unable to fill their pre-orders... I was told that they 'MAY' get some units in by 'Christmas time'... Since I am no longer able to rescind this auction myself, I have brought this to eBay's attention, and have asked that they advise me on the proper course of action...
