yeah, so far only 5 deaths have been attributed to street racing. i guess they aren't as important as everyone else though.
street racing is illegal, cops are around to help prevent and solve crimes, so prevention and prosecution of street racers would fall under their jurisdiction.
with 3 tracsk easily with in an hour of any part of philly, there is really no excuse for doing it on public roads. |
