I ran the 11's with 315 Sumitomo's on the back of my 96 SS and had no rubbing on the inner fender. You'll most likely need to trim the bumpstops so when the suspension is at full droop the inside of the wheel doesn't get damaged on the bumpstops. But it definitely depends on what 315 tire you go with. The Sumitomo's tend to run a little narrower than other brands so with those tires you probably won't rub. If you lower the car, then you stand the chance of needing to hammer the inner fender but I wouldn't worry about it until you fit the wheels/tires.
