I would suggest something like this: GM Performance Parts 350ci / 290hp Engine, but I would assume your TPI setup is for centerbolt heads....and that wouldn't work with the heads on this motor without drilling out your lower intake a bit.

This should go through inspection with no issues though, regardless of what it says about pollution controlled vehicles.
