or at least leave a coach in long enough to prove it is his fault.
so many teams have one guy trying to coach his way with players hired the way some money man sees the talent needs, and the boss is some rich guy who knows little/nothing about professional football and fires them both after one or two rough seasons.
needs an example of how to make things work, pittsburgh has had the fewest coaches of any team in nfl history even though most of the teams have only been around half as long. the result, 5 superbowls in one of the smallest market and lowest budget organizations around.
