I bought mine after seeing a 1969 Firechickek with a 4" cowl on it and of course that car never came with a cowl, but the hood blended so seamlessly from the point up to the cowl I figured if they can make that look good, then for sure the can do a 70 Nova hood. Its a really nice piece and I don't think its really that expensive compared to a bolt on hardwood....I paid $375 plus shipping at the time (5yrs ago) from Vanishing Point Race Cars.
