Holy crap! That's a great buy, nice find! We paid 232K for our house 5 years ago (stupid Bergen County), and it's only a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 60 year old Colonial with a single garage barely big enough to fit my Monte in. Too bad all the good deals are in the middle of the country!
