Yes but its hotter than africa... and intel chips are garbage. I have yet to garbage pick an AMD computer, let alone chip, and you dont know how many times Ive chucked crappy intels
Performance-wise, the core 2 duo takes the cake, but durability + overclocking-ability, dual-core is the way to go.
