all you need to make an lt1 based cam fit an earlier 305/350 is to grind down the dowel pin on the end a bit. As far as lift goes, changing springs would be recomennded at that lift, Also like justin said, tpi wont like that cam too much, its made for a different power range where the tpi will choke. A converted LT1 intake alone would be an improvement.
