Fav pasta shape? Farfalle, the Bowtie, of course! Others are Rotini (the spirals) and Penne.

Now, favorite pasta dish? Hmmmmm, how 'bout farfalle with sun-dried tomatos and artichoke hearts in olive oil?

My wife is from Italy, and one helluva chef. I'm spoiled when it comes to good pasta dishes!
