Torsens are not rebuildable. Are you sure its a torsen? Jack the back of the car up, with the car off put the trans into 1st, make sure the e-brake is off and spin the passenger tire forward. If the drivers side tire spins the opposite direction (similar to an open rear) you have yourself a torsen. If the wheels dont spin at all, its an auburn, now take the car out of gear and spin the tire, the other tire will now spin in the same direction as the tire you are spinning. check ebay for carriers.
