i went to a bunch of different knee doctors and none of them said anything i wanted to hear, so i stopped going, stopped dealing with all the pain of rehab, and started taking vitamins and just being more careful. the result is my knees still suck, but i didn't spend thousands of dollars, so i feel better about it.
BTW, my knees are chondro malatia(sp?) and a nice little left knee blow up in high school
